With Pre-Order, you can purchase the latest items added to our store in advance of them arriving with us.
Your Pre-Order is prioritized (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or dispatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!
With Prelaunch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Preorders.
So, instead, you can submit your email address for the item you are interested in, and we will email you as soon as stock arrives in the system.
Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates are given on Pre-Order and Pre-Launch products. They are for indicative purposes only and can change at any time without notice.

Hassle free returns
If there’s a problem with a product that you purchased from us, please bring it back to us. While new eBikes enjoy a 3 day/10 mile return policy, we will process a return of most accessory items within 30 days of your purchase. Merchandise returned that appears used may be subject to a restocking fee. No returns on Demo or used bike purchases. All returns must be accompanied by your reciept, in like new condition and include ALL items included in the original sale.

The Torrot Kids One enduro range has been completely renewed to provide the best formula for young riders to begin their journey into the world of two wheels.
These motorcycles are made specifically for children 3 to 7 years old. Torrot has taken care of every detail of the new generation Kids range, featuring a hydraulic aluminium front fork from the Italian firm EBR, Michelin tyres, a Torrot electric engine with a programmable controller, and a throttle grip with charge and battery consumption indicators. The bikes include a powerful lithium battery, resistant ABS plastic covers, a chrome-molybdenum chassis, and a swingarm reinforced with a hydraulic shock absorber.
The new LiMnCo batteries are easily removable and rechargeable, offering lower weight and greater power and range. The motor is programmable from 350W up to 1050W, making it an ideal formula for off-road initiation. Torrot ensures safety for young riders with the Parental Control system. This wireless control allows parents to limit, configure, and disconnect the motorcycle remotely from a mobile device via an Android or iOS application.
